I had a really positive experience with Folsom Automotive with my car. As a woman, I dread dealing with anything auto related because most places are pretty condescending but not this place. The technician was awesome, talked to me about what services they did, I didn't feel like I was overcharged or talked down to. Definitely will be back! Probably one of the best experiences that I have ever had dealing with a car repair shop. Full disclosure as to what the problem could be and a full detailed account of the services performed. Great pictures of each step in the tests that the technician did while working on our car. Will use them for all services from now on.
