I had brought my car in to be looked over and was surprised by how fast I got it back. They squeezed me right in. They even broke it down so I knew which things had to be fixed first since I was working with a tight budget.

Love this place! I was skeptical to return after the previous owners sold the business but I couldn't be happier with them! They've completed a few services on my 2012 truck and both times I have been very pleased with the service and the cost. I will definitely be a life long customer.

Since I moved to Folsom I’ve been going to Folsom Auto on Bidwell near old town. They always did great work at fair prices. I needed a repair to my car so naturally I called them. Unfortunately it seems the old owners sold the business last year. I found this out a little too late. The new guys tried to charge me over $600 for a repair that 3 other shops quoted around $300 for. On top of that, their “inspection” that they charged my $125 for said my AC charge was fine. Turns out it was overcharged and putting stress on the system. I wound up going to Folsom Car Care and they fixed it in a couple hours for $285, including adjusting the AC pressure problem. Too bad my once favorite repair place has turned into this. Too many car repair places trying to rip people off these days.

The people at this place are amazing! They are super transparent and had such attention to detail that they noticed a problem with my car that was completely separate from the reason I took it in. We just moved to the area and this will definitely be the only place we take our cars.

I came into auto tech to what I heard was bubbling noise from the radiator. Took my veichle in for an inspection got a full report emailed to me . Justin is awsome he went over what needed to be done and worked with me and went above his duty for to accommodate my needs. I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had.
