They were quick and accommodating. They changed my oil and also did a full inspection while they had it. Even though they no longer work in European cars, they took a lot of care to walk me through all the details and give me a good referral to someone who does work on Audi’s. Great service and great pricing! I was a customer before they sold to current owners and I am even happier now! I've serviced by 2012 truck there twice now: one for a complete fluid exchange and today for electrical issues. The fluid exchange came after my truck flashed red lights and told me to pull over and turn off the engine. Oh Oh! Well, come to find out, Jiffy Lube supposedly did an oil change on my truck but when Justin and his crew looked at my truck they said that there is no way they did. Couple that with all the other fluids that were bad (that's my fault for not paying attention to it sooner) and I was in deep doo-doo with my truck. The electrical work consisted of a bad switch which caused some issues with windows, cig light adapter and a few other things. Justin and crew fixed it same day and for a great price. What I like about these guys the most is the technology they use to keep clients updated. They send you an e-mail that outlines everything they've worked on WITH PICTURES! It really put my mind at ease since many of us have been to places where you feel like you are getting ripped off. I definitely don't feel that way and am very happy with their work. Hats off to you guys and you've got a customer for life here!
