First time doing business with Folsom Auto Center. Good experience and will be back I was greeted, and repair approach was explained. They met their commitment to let me know what was causing the squeak by end of day Fortunately, it was an easy and inexpensive fix Since no parts were needed, I picked up my car on the same day Thanks Folsom Auto Center

I want to say thank u, thank u, thank u to Mike for taking the extra time with no charge to find out why my driver’s car seat was so low. He was able to raise it up for me and now I can see over the steering wheel, the hood of my car and most importantly he curbs I would constantly be driving over which caused damage to my car but was a quick fix by him at no charge and my oil change estimate was right on with no news of future work that needed to be done. Picked up my car and they said see u next oil change. Now that’s awesome and so is Folsom Auto Center

I have been licensed automobile driver for over 61 years (4 different states) and have owned and maintained approximately 18 different vehicles during that period. I have had work done on my 2 cars at Folsom Auto Center in the past year and I will say that the service, abilities and can do attitude exhibited by this business SURPASSES ANY AUTO REPAIR SHOP I have ever used (including dealerships!! They exude transparent professionalism from the initial call to schedule service through to paying the final bill. Their prices are fair to the consumer and business practices are worthy of being taught in a Graduate MBA program. Give them a try...you will not be sorry!!!

Will take all of my vehicles here only! I have tried having repairs at the dealerships, only to have to take it to Folsom Auto Center for them to fix the "fix" on my Tacoma, Subaru and Chevy.

Alex and Scott were quick to analyze a complex problem I had with a rapidly draining battery and computer system crash on my 2005 Land Rover. They expertly advised me on my options and sought the most economical solution to resolve the issue. In less than three days, my vehicle was repaired and back on the road. I have the greatest respect for their judgement and service. I shudder to think of the delay and expense I would have incurred had my repair was in the hands of anyone else, let alone a dealer.
