Meet the Team

Joe Brazil

Owner

Joe Brazil has owned the shop for 4 years. He worked part time with the previous owner Scott and took over operations in 2019, the shop then called Folsom Auto Care. Since taking over Joe has overseen many changes at Folsom Automotive Service. He is always seeking improvement within his business and takes pride in how the shop has grown. Joe grew up racing anything and everything including dirt bikes. He went to Encina High School where he met his wife of 32 years, Carrie. Together they have two sons and two wonderful granddaughters. Joe enjoys riding his Harley especially when travelling.

Alex Seminario

General Manager

Alex grew up with the Owners's son and has been an honorary family member since elementary school. He and the Owner's son played soccer together throughout their childhood and into their teenage years. Alex has two brothers. He and his family are proud supporters of Autism Speaks, participating in the yearly Autism Speaks Walk. This foundation is close to his heart as his younger brother Chris has Autism. Alex is a team leader whose bright personality adds to the positive atmosphere at Sacramento Specialty Automotive.

Wesly Kearns

Marketing Director

Wesly or Wes, was born in Bakersfield, California but grew up in Sacramentos surrounding cities. He was in business for 7 years and decided he wanted to learn a new side of business and began his Marketing journey with us in January 2023. Wesly is very passionate about cars, customer service, and business. Wesly graduated from independent studies 1 year earlier than his peers so that he could attend Folsom Lake College with the goal of obtaining a bachelor's degree. He is very passionate about reading and learning new things so he is proving to be a great asset to our ever growing team!

Salina Lentz

Accounting

Salina was born in Sacramento CA and grew up in the Antelope area. She went to Center High School and currently resides in Roseville. She has 3 daughters named Khloe, Kenzie, and Autumn. All 3 of them play in Soccer leagues, so the majority of her free time is dedicated to taking them to their games. When she’s not watching her daughters play Soccer, she enjoys watching football and her favorite team is the Green Bay Packers. Salina handles all accounting for Sacramento Specialty and Folsom Automotive services.

Kylee Oglethorpe

Advisors Assistant

Kylee was born in Sacramento and grew up in Orangevale. She enjoys spending her time with family and friends, watching movies, and being a homebody. Kylee has a strong passion for the automotive industry as she also spends a lot of time going for long drives in her Honda and attending car shows with her little brother. Kylee has been an amazing addition to our Folsom Automotive team and we are very happy to have her!

Mike Bergman

Shop Foreman

Mike was born in Terra Linda / Marin County. He attended college in Santa Barbara and San Francisco. He decided he wanted to go into the Automotive industry and went to Arizona Automotive Institute, where he was on the Dean's list with a 4.0 GPA and perfect attendance! Mike moved to Sacramento around 1993 and worked for Tony’s Autocare for a number of years. Mike has been in this building since 1997, well before the current owner, Joe who purchased the shop in 2016. Mike has also been ASE Certified for over 25 years! In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, outdoors, and backpacking.

Brandon Bernaciak

Technician

Brandon grew up in Sacramento, specifically Citrus Heights, and has stayed in the area ever since. He’s worked in the automotive industry since he was 17 years old. He got his start in the business as a Lube Tech at Brake Masters, where he worked for 5 years. He currently has his Brakes / Suspension / General1 ASE certifications. He also graduated from American River College for Automotive Technology, where he received an Automotive Technology certification. He enjoys working on his house and his Subaru in his spare time.

Zac Bretzing

Technician

Zac is another one of our amazing technicians! Zac worked for our company in the beginning of his automotive career back in 2016-2017 and left us to continue his education and training in the automotive industry. Zac joined our team early this year at our Folsom location, leaving the Porsche dealership to work for a more close-knit family-owned business and now an incredible addition to our Sacramento location. Zac loves to hike, camp and go on outdoor adventures! Zac is a very polite and very professional technician, always courteous of others' work space and making sure we are all on track to meet our goals for the week!
