Let me start with something that could be interpreted as negative, but read on. Had a water leak in my dodge diesel p/u, some possible over heating, called Tom and explained it, as It is my work truck I asked if it could be repair that same day, Tom explained if it was possible he'd try to make it happen, well it didn't. That is what could have been negative, but it wasn't. The following day I got my call, my vehicle was done, fair price and wonderful customer service. Thank you Folsom Automotive Service

I walked in stating what I was told from folsom ford the issue was. My truck is fresh off warranty and the dealer quoted my 6k to fix the issue. Folsom Automotive Service inspected the truck and informed me the reapri I was requesting wasn't even required. They even included pictures proving it. Folsom Ford was incorrect to say the least. Folsom Automotive included a list of repairs they recommended after they performed their inspection amd I went woth their suggestions. I am very happy and I will return when more repairs are needed.

Very honest and excellent service

I own a local business, River City Snowie Shaved Ice food truck. It's built on a Chevy Express G2500 van. If Snowie isn't up and running my business doesn't make money and the residents of Folsom and the surrounding area don't have some of the best Shaved ice around. My vehicle's fuel pump went out and I had to find a shop that could handle the extra height of the Snowie Fun Bus. I located Folsom Automotive online read several reviews (right here) and saw they had the type of shop with extra high service doors and lifts. I had Snowie towed to Folsom Automotive after speaking to Wes. Wes assured me he could get the job done. The service professionals at Folsom Automotive performed a full diagnostic and found the fuel pump had failed. Additionally, they discovered a small hole in the fuel tank. This extended the job out a few days and I was promised it would be done by Monday morning. This would cause my business to loss out on two or three jobs that weekend. Fortunately for me and my clients, Wes called and said Snowie was completed earlier than promised. It was only Friday evening. I was able to pick it up that evening, by using one of several lock boxes, where my keys were located. Prices for this rather large task were in line with other quotes, quality and workmanship were five stare. Folsom Automotive you have a new loyal customer.
