What great customer service. Visiting family and had issues with my air conditioning. Called for an appt. as soon as Folsom Automotive opened and they fit me in and fixed the issue. Sara did an amazing job at customer service, sent me pictures of the issue They did a great job.

Excellent service provided from scheduling to giving progress report and completion of work. So nice to see that my car didn't sit on their lot for days or weeks before it got serviced. Very fair price for the job. You get immediate attention from the owner as he stands by his auto repair shop. Suggest you call for an appointment first as they often times are busy. We've been regular customers for nearly 15 years.

Our car battery needed replacing the day before a scheduled trip, and that day was a federal holiday. Fortunately, Folsom Automotive was open. Sara got us scheduled that day and our car was ready to go by 10am the next morning in plenty of time for our trip. Sara is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We are grateful to Sara and to everyone at Folsom Automotive. We will definitely call on them again.

Excellent service! I feel comfortable taking my car to Folsom Automotive because it's a female owned business and I don’t feel pressured to add on non essential repairs. Results of the car's inspection are available online, it helps to see them visually instead of being told about them over the phone. They offer financing and let me drive their loaner car. I will definitely be taking my car here for all future repairs
