Took a truck in to get a pre purchase inspection, the guys got the truck into the shop and onto a lift within two hours of me calling and they quickly discovered deal breaking issues. Everything was smoothe and professional from the beginning, I was even given a significant discount for the fact that they did their job so quickly. Could not have gone better. From now on all of my vehicles will come here for any and all issues. Customer for life

Since 2010 I have brought my Jeep here for any repairs or maintaince. I WILL not take my Jeep anywhere else. Honest shop from what I can see. Brought my car there about 4 times and they did a good job. As far as prices go? I don't think they are the cheapest, but one thing I hate is getting ripped off. I think these guys are honest, so that in of itself is worth going to. So I would recommend them for that reason. I would rather get the job done right by an honest shop.

Always the best service from them. Very thorough technicians and the best prices that I have been able to find. I have always done my own work on my car because I don't trust shops to work on it, but I happily take it to this shop.

I've been going to our 'guy' to get our 2 vehicles serviced for the past 6 years. I'm still sold on their reliability, service and honesty. I know enough about cars to know when I'm getting fed a line of garbage & I've never sensed that from them. Scott & Phil are always very thorough and take care of us. I have a 2001 BMW 330ci and had a tire noise in the rear and they called me back and confirmed it was my rear wheel bearing, the previous owner of my car bent the right rear rim which caused the bearing to make a slight noise. I had them replace both rear bearings and I had my rim fixed at a wheel shop in Sacramento. Prompt service, Scott and Phil know what they are talking about. It also helped that they are bilingual bc I need to practice my spanish. Thanks again

A Big thank you to Scott and the excellent staff at Folsom Auto Center for solving several problems in my car in one day, including check engine light with multiple codes and engine running rough, which had been progressively getting worse. Problem identified, new part, expert fine tuning and now it is running like new. They also provided shuttle service so I could pick up my car. First rate service and repairs!

Awesome staff and very timely! Called and needed my car smogged ASAP. Not only did they get me in right then but it only took 15 minutes before I was on my way! Another plus, their business cards have discount deals for locals like me on the back, I'll be back!
